Generally, the place was charming and had pleasant staff from reception desk. Our room was immaculate and huge, offered with a super sized extra comfy king bed, balcony, red wine. We both liked the food, it was fab and had plenty of options.

Everything was perfect - central location and fantastic service. Lovely view, a small balcony, lovely bed, too. The breakfast was superb and offers fruit juices, toast and yoghourt. That was intimate hotel set in peaceful area.

We think it's an excellent place for staying in Hanoi. Nice, exceptionally nice room with a shower, a super sized extra comfy king bed, a lovely balcony. Quick check-in, stunning location...
Their breakfast is awful, can be better.

good value and location was gorgeous. everything was very comfortable and i had a luxurious time. the hotel was near restaurants and cafes. i appreciated the stunning room, and the relaxing view. always decent, the staff were more than helpful.

Hotel's position short way from all places we wanted to see, like st joseph's cathedral. Just a 25-minute walk to Ha Noi train station. The pool was perfect for us. Long Bien district deserves your attention...
